KM Sabuk Nusantara 66 memiliki trayek R-44 dengan ruas Makassar – Macini Baji – P. Dewakang Lompo – Kalu Kuang – P. Dewakang Lompo – Macini Baji – Makassar – Macini Baji – P. Balobaloang Lompo – P. Sapuka Lompo – P. Tampaang – P. Sailus Lompo – Badas/Khayangan – P. Sailus Lompo – P. Tampaang – P. Sapuka Lompo – P. Balobaloang Lompo – Macini Baji – Makassar. Sebagai salah satu operator kapal perintis, PT PELNI berkomitmen untuk terus melayani masyarakat Indonesia agar aktivitas sosial ekonomi mereka dapat terjaga. “Tanpa kehadiran kapal perintis, urat nadi perekonomian di pulau-pulau daerah 3TP tentunya akan terganggu, melalui program Pemerintah ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat bepergian dengan mudah dan tentunya mendapatkan pelayanan yang terbaik pula,” tambah Masrul. Pada tahun 2020 ini, PT PELNI menjalankan 45 trayek kapal perintis dengan trayek yang memiliki penumpang tertinggi pada Trayek R-19 dengan ruas Surabaya – Masalembo – Keramaian – Masalembo – Kalianget – Sapudi – Kangean – Sapekan – Pagerungan Besar – Sapeken – Tanjung Wangi – Sapeken – Pagerungan Besar – Sapeken – Kangean – Sapudi – Kalianget – Masalembo – Keramaian – Masalembo – Surabaya yang tercatat dengan jumlah penumpang sebanyak penumpang sampai dengan September 2020. Berdasarkan data yang tercatat oleh Perusahaan, kinerja kapal perintis juga mengalami kenaikan pada TW III-2020 dibandingkan TW II-2020, tercatat terjadi kenaikan penumpang kapal perintis pada TW III-2020 yang naik sebanyak atau naik 134% dari penumpang di TW II-2020. Menurut Masrul, pencapaian ini merupakan motivasi bagi PT PELNI sebagai salah satu operator kapal perintis untuk terus memperbaiki layanan kami kepada masyarakat Indonesia sebagai penghubung Nusantara, khususnya daerah 3TP agar masyarakat dapat terus menikmati pelayaran dengan aman dan nyaman. “Kami yakin, kinerja PT PELNI akan terus meningkat pada TW IV-2020 ini,” tutup Masrul. PELNI sebagai Perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak pada bidang transportasi laut hingga saat ini telah mengoperasikan sebanyak 26 kapal penumpang dan menyinggahi 83 pelabuhan serta melayani ruas. Selain angkutan penumpang, PELNI juga melayani 45 trayek kapal perintis yang menjadi sarana aksesibilitas bagi mobilitas penduduk di daerah T3P dimana kapal perintis menyinggahi 275 pelabuhan dengan ruas. PELNI juga mengoperasikan sebanyak 20 kapal Rede.
